A few quick answers.
What’s included, how downloads work and where to get help.
Can I buy the paid templates yet?
Not yet. The collection is available to explore, with planned prices. Checkout will open once payment and download delivery are connected. The free weekly planner is available now.
What software do I need?
The paid templates are XLSX files. Check each product page for requirements and limitations. Desktop Excel testing remains recommended. Compatibility with Google Sheets, mobile apps and other spreadsheet programs is not guaranteed. The free CSV can be opened in Excel or imported into Google Sheets.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. StackLedger templates are digital files. Spreadsheet software is not included.
Can I adapt a template?
Yes, the planned licence allows you to edit and reuse a template internally within one business. Do not resell, redistribute or publicly share it, including modified versions. Keep a backup before editing formulas.
Are these accounting or payroll tools?
They are organisational templates. The budget workbook is a cash planning tool; it is not a profit-and-loss statement, bank reconciliation or tax calculator.
Do you see the information I enter?
The spreadsheets do not send your entries to StackLedger. Save files securely, particularly when you record customer information.
How will paid downloads be delivered?
Payment and secure download delivery still need to be connected. Delivery instructions will be shown before purchase once checkout opens.
What if I need help?
Email contact@stackledger.co.uk with the template name and software/version you are using. Use sample data or remove personal details before sharing a screenshot.
What about cancellations or faulty files?
Purchase terms are included as a launch draft. Paid checkout is not open. Statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly described digital content remain separate from change-of-mind cancellation rights.
