1. Who you are buying from
StackLedger is the trading name of Simon Woon, a sole trader.

Email: contact@stackledger.co.uk
These terms apply to digital templates purchased from our Payhip shop. Please save a copy for your records. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
2. Products and software requirements
Our products are downloadable digital files. No physical item will be sent. Each listing explains the file format, contents, supported software and any relevant limitations. Please check these before ordering. Spreadsheet software is not included. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, Google Sheets, mobile applications and alternative spreadsheet programs are not guaranteed to preserve every feature.
Templates help organise information. They are not accounting, payroll, legal or tax advice. Keep a backup before editing formulas or entering your business records.
3. Prices, payment and delivery
The final total, including any applicable tax, is shown at checkout before payment. Payment is processed through the payment options available in our Payhip checkout. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email.
Following successful payment and the required download consent, Payhip provides access to the purchased files through its delivery page or email. If access does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us with your order reference. Do not send card details.
4. Permission to use the files
Unless the listing expressly provides a different licence, a purchase permits the buyer to edit and reuse the template internally within one business. Staff in that business may use it for that business's work.
You may not resell, sublicense, publicly upload, give away or redistribute the template, including modified versions, or use it to create competing templates for distribution. You retain ownership of the information you enter. Nothing in this licence restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
5. Consumer cancellation and immediate downloads
If you purchase as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel a digital-content order without giving a reason.
If you expressly request supply during that period and acknowledge that you lose your cancellation right once supply begins, your change-of-mind cancellation right ends when supply begins. We will confirm your consent and acknowledgement in a form you can keep. Merely accepting these terms does not replace that express consent.
Before supply begins, or where that consent was not validly obtained, contact us to exercise any cancellation right you retain. You can email a clear statement, or use: “I give notice that I cancel my order for [product], ordered on [date], order reference [reference]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” A signature is only needed if sent on paper.
Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, we will refund within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee.
6. Faulty files, incorrect descriptions and support
Loss of a change-of-mind cancellation right does not remove your rights if a file is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
Email us with your order reference, the problem and the software/version you are using. Where applicable, we will provide a repair or replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If the law entitles you to a price reduction or refund, we will provide it. We do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.
7. Responsibility and disputes
We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections, including rights relating to damage caused by digital content.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and court rights available in their place of residence. Contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it.
